The Money Is In The List!
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard an internet marketer tell me “The money is in the list.” My experience is that they are totally right. In fact, I never made a single dime until I started building a list of emails that I could market to.
The main problem is that list management software is fairly expensive. I’ve seen such programs run as much as $247! Even the cheaper options tend to be around $19 per month… and increase in price to as much as $147 per month depending on the size of your list.
This can be quite discouraging to those who are new to internet marketing or otherwise have low budgets. Often, it can take months before your career starts to take off. Until then, can you afford to pay a monthly fee for maintaining a list THAT YOU BUILT?
Why Pay For What You Can Get For Free?
Er… actually, you shouldn’t pay for something that you could get for free. If you could get a fully featured autoresponder ready to start capturing leads, distributing valuable information, keeping up a mailing list, and making back-end sales… and do it all for free, then why should you pay a monthly fee to maintain YOUR LIST? I sure don’t.
The only limitation to the GWA Autoresponder is that it is actually a plugin for the popular blog content management system, Wordpress. However, if you know anything about search engines, you know they LOVE BLOGS! In fact, I would encourage anyone and everyone to get a blog and start filling it with useful content. Heck, this entire site is run on Wordpress! So there’s not much of a reason to call this a disadvantage.
The plugin is in BETA right now, so it still has a few kinks in it. However, the programmer behind this is amazing. This plugin has come a long way since I first saw what it could do and I’m completely amazed at the development speed. Gary is a very intelligent person and he is very quick to fix bugs, add features, and offer support. Even in BETA, it blows the competition out of the water. AND IT’S ALL FREE!
Are You Serious About Internet Marketing?
The fact of the matter is, if you’re going to be serious about internet marketing, you NEED to get an autoresponder. Why not get one for free?

An autoresponder is an essential tool in the internet marketing world nowadays. The second important tool right after the mailing list.
As for the beginner in internet marketing using such a free script has definitely some advantages and if it is just for saving the monthly fees they otherwise would have to pay to the autoresponder service.
However, for the advanced internet marketer using a professional autoresponder service is recommended as it offers a lot of advantages compared to a self hosted tool. Just to name delivery rate or spam poblem.
While I agree with that as a general statement, I’ve personally tested this autoresponder and found it highly effective. It has several features that help to ensure the deliverability of the emails with many more in development.
Some may see it as a disadvantage that this is still in development. I tend to evaluate it by its potential. I have personally witnessed this plugin advance from an interesting novelty to an amazing resource in the short span of two months.
If there are any shortcomings in the product, Gary will usually get them fixed fairly quickly. He’s also been very quick to add new functionality and fix bugs.
Long story short: Yes, paid autoresponders are often better than locally installed autoresponders. Yes, it makes sense for those with larger lists to get a better paid solution. However, Gary’s GWA Autoresponder works well enough for most people in most cases. He knows that if we can find something better for cheaper, we’ll change services. So he is working as hard as he can to over deliver on this.
Indeed, This autoresponder is effective. I have tried it and I am all praises on this.
